Non-profit donations:

A major non-profit came to us to implement a fulfillment program for a nationally advertised donation solicitation program. Key to their success was 

the followup for those who donated, those who promised to donate, and those ask for more information. At specific time intervals personalized followup letters we to be sent out thanking, requesting or supplying additional information. We were also ask to coordinate the movement of data between the call center, fulfillment processing, and the client. Several meetings between all parties resulted in a real time system that provided custom letters to donors and potential donors with data transmitted to and from both the call center and client. Implementation time was 30 days.

Custom weight loss program:

Our client requested we generate a custom weight loss program based on multiple criteria provided by their customer through a call center. We were to charge the customer credit card and process the data through a computer program provided by the client.

Our solution was to store and link the customers vitals given by the call center to our clients proprietary weight loss calculator and generate a personalized document. This solution was implemented within 2 weeks.

Fully integrated virtual warehouse:

Our client ask that we process orders taken from the virtual warehouse CommerceHub. We developed a fully integrated solution that retrieves orders automatically every 20 minutes from CommerceHub servers, provides functional acknowledgements, process the order, prints a custom packing list, integrates automatically into the vendors UPS shipping system and provides updated shipping confirmation and inventory updates without any human intervention. 

We were then ask to be the information hub for our customer to provided the same service for their same client in Canada. Building on the same solution, we were able to process the Canadian transactions in-house passing on the physical fulfillment to our affiliate in Canada.
